Now it is learned that the call was a fraudulent attempt. Manish Kumar Sujinder Singh (35) is the name of the culprit, who reportedly made a hoax call to frame his employer, who had sacked him from his job. He claimed that he was given Rs. 2 lakhs and a gun for the hit job. Singh has been brought to Mumbai for further investigation.

Explaining further, a senior police officer informed the Indian Express, “It was a complete hoax, and the story of the accused person was entirely false. A team from Khar police station apprehended him from Kapurthala in Punjab." They have registered a case against Singh under sections 353(2), 212, and 217 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Singh was fired from his job by his boss due to his constant absence and indiscipline. To avenge that, he made the threatening call and blamed his employer for the crime. However, the police weren't convinced, and they discovered that his story was completely false. Meanwhile, Tiger Shroff hasn't been called or involved in the matter yet. He is currently shooting for Baaghi 4.
