Madhu Sapre Becomes Mum To Baby Girl

After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Celina Jaitly and Lara Dutta, its former supermodel Madhu Sapre, who has joined the list of celebrity mums. The Marathi mulgi, who is married to Italian businessman Gian Maria, recently delivered a baby girl a couple of days back, claim sources.

The source was quoted saying, "Both Gian and Madhu are extremely happy and super excited about welcoming the newborn in their lives. The baby is healthy, which is the most important thing for the couple. They have named the daughter Indira."

Madhu Sapre had represented India at the 1992 Miss Universe pageant, where she was the 2nd runner up. The beauty queen later sparked off a controversy when she posed nude with model Milind Soman for a shoe brand advertisement, which caused a police complaint to be filed against her and Soman. The case lasted for 14 years, after which the courts acquitted the accused.
