Lisa Haydon: 'My character in Queen was very rewarding'

Lisa Haydon, who got applauded for portraying the character of the fun and feisty Vijaylakshmi in Vikas Bahl's much-acclaimed film Queen, says that the film has been very rewarding for her.

At a recent award ceremony, the actress said, ''My character in Queen, Vijaylakshmi was very rewarding and I always wanted to play a character that people could connect with and one which exudes love, compassion and freedom.''

Queen starred Kangana Ranaut in the lead role and it went on to become one of the most successful Bollywood films of year 2014.
