In Bollywood, one hit can change the entire complexion of your career graph. Take actor Kay Kay Menon for example. If the buzz is to be believed, after the success of Metro, Kay Kay has hiked his price from Rs 15-17 lakh to Rs 70 lakh. The decision to hike his price came after Anurag Basu's Life in a Metro was declared to be a hit.

The actor is not willing to comment on his price but according to sources, the actor has been quoting a reasonably high price for films offered to him after Metro. But for those that he had signed earlier, the price remains the same. Same film but different actor. Sharman Joshi too has benefited from the success of Metro. In fact, following the success of Rang De Basanti and Metro, the actor continues to ride high and has refused to honour his commitment to his former mentor N Chandra. As a struggling actor, Sharman was signed on by Chandra for a three-film deal. Of these Style and Xcuse Me have been shot and released, while the third one is yet to be made. Chandra wants to make a third film with Sharman and Saahil Khan but Sharman has now moved into a bigger league and is ignoring Chandra's requests of meeting up these days.
