Director Todd Phillips will be recreating the famous dancing scene on the stairs from Joker (2019) in Joker 2, but there is a new kick to it this time.Lady Gaga, who is reportedly playing the role of Harley Quinn in this musical sequel, will be seen joining Joaquin Phoenix, aka Joker, in the famous stairway scene. The duo has filmed the scene, and the pictures are all over social media. Gaga and Pheonix can be seen dancing madly in the pictures.This certainly takes fans' interest to a new level, as there is the strong addition of a female character this time. Who knows, it might be HER film as well as the Joker's. The first Joker film was a box office smash, with worldwide earnings of $1.074 billion. The sequel, Joker: Folie à Deux, is set to be released on October 4, 2024.
