Lara Dutta-Mahesh Bhupathi Christen Their Daughter Saira Bhupathi

While Beti B, after more than two months of her birth, is still without a name, Lara Dutta's hours old daughter has already been christened.

Lara and her husband became proud parents of a baby girl yesterday and the couple has decided to call their daughter Saira.Though neither of the parent has confirmed the name, friends of the Bhupathi clan have revealed it in their own ways.

Raveena Tandon took to Twitter to congratulate the Bhupathis, writing, "My friends,Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi are proud parents of a baby girl!!Saira Bhupathi Welcome Angel!!"

India's tennis player Sania Mirza's father too confirmed the name by updating his Blackberry status as, "Welcoming Saira Bhupathi in this world."

We hope the Bachchans will take a cue from, Lara and Mahesh and christen their bitiya soon.
