In that particular scene, Sir C. Sankaran Nair's character is arguing with the British judge, and then he shouts, "Get the f** out of my country. Get the f* out of my country. Get the f** out of my country." Everyone present in the courtroom starts supporting Nair's appeal. As you can see, audiences are clapping and whistling at this scene, and rightfully so, because it showcases the frustration of every Indian from the British era.
