Karenjit Kaur To Portray Sunny Leone’s ‘Crazy, Emotional Journey’

Sunny Leone is playing herself in her biopic, Karenjit Kaur, a web series which will release on Zee5 and Sunny says that the series is exactly how she envisioned and wanted it to be.

At the announcement of her show, when asked if she believes that reality is stranger than fiction, the actress said, “I think everybody has their own story, struggles and their own things they have a hard time getting through, which destroys them, breaks them, breaks their spirit but also makes them happy and give them strength but I get to tell my story and it’s a crazy, emotional journey and I am really happy and proud that Zee has taken on this challenge and I thank everybody in the team for being so supportive and sticking to the story. We have been working on this project for a few years and this is exactly how we envisioned it to be.”

Directed by Aditya Datt, the show will go on air this April.
