Malayalam film Jallikattu has been selected as India's official entry for the 93rd Academy Awards in the Best International Film Category and as the reports surfaced, Kangana Ranaut took the opportunity to attack the 'movie mafia'.

Kangana congratulated the film's team but not before bashing 'Bullywood'. She wrote, "All the scrutiny/ bashing Bullydawood gang got is finally yielding some results, Indian films aren’t just about 4 film families, movie mafia gang is hiding in their houses and letting juries do their job and congratulations team #Jallikattu."

The Lijo Jose Pellisery-directed movie is based on S Hareesh's short story Maoist and it stars Antony Varghese, Chemban Vinod Jose, Sabumon Abdusamad and Santhy Balachandran.

Meanwhile, Kangana is busy with her films Tejas and Dhaakad. She will also be seen playing the role of actress-turned-politician Jayalalitha in her biopic Thalaivi.
