Actor-producer John Abraham, who has mostly sported either a clean-shaven or a stubble look for most of his films, will now reportedly grow out his beard for his role in his upcoming production venture Madras Cafe.
The actor confirmed this news to media-persons and added that he is quite excited about his role and is quite happy that people are loving his new look. Directed by
Shoojit Sircar,
Madras Cafe is a thriller set against the backdrop of the LTTE issue, claim sources. The film also has
Nargis Fakhri playing the role of a journalist.
Incidentally, John will also be seen sporting a moustache for the very first time in
Sanjay Gupta's
Shootout At Wadala, where he plays the role of dreaded gangster Manya Surve.
