Satyameva Jayate is set for release and while the theatrical promo made a first good impression, the follow through has been ideal too, what with small dialogue snippet flooding the online and satellite space. With both John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee playing the game of one up-manship and indulging in some powerhouse tussle, it is dialogues by Milap Zaveri that are fetching quite some attention.
Not that it is surprising since Milap, who is directing his first action drama, has been a renowned writer for more than a decade and a half now. Even though he has dabbled in varied genres, including comedies and romantic tales, the place where he lets his pen do the talking in a totally uninhibited way is an action drama.
A testimony to that is the work that he has done for films like Kaante, Musafir, Shootout at Wadala and Ek Villain which have featured some of his most acidic dialogues till date.
No wonder, one can see him firing all cylinders for his directorial outing Satyameva Jayate which by its very concept is a hard hitting drama in the offering. Since the filmmaker carries an inherent love for 'masala' affairs that caters to the gentry and aims to entice a strong 'seeti-taali' response, it is visible in Satyameva Jayate as well which has quite some scope for him to explore this territory.
The stage has already been set and one now waits to see how the film goes the whole hog when it comes to 'masala dialogue-baazi'.
Produced by T-Series Super and Emmay Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Satyameva Jayate releases all over on 15th August.
