James Cameron's 'Avatar 2' Beats 'Avengers: Endgame' Record In India —

James Cameron's Avatar 2 fever is still sweeping Indian moviegoers in the fourth week. Avatar: The Way of Water has had another fantastic weekend at the box office, emerging as the top film for the fourth weekend in a row. What's more is that Avatar 2 has surpassed Avengers: Endgame's record at the Indian box office.

Avatar 2 has beaten Avengers: Endgame's record of 436 crore gross at the Indian box office. With a gross of over 450 crore, Avatar: The Way of Water is now the highest grossing Hollywood film in India. Soon, it will beat the nett numbers of Endgame (367 crore nett).

Second Week - 98.94 crore

Third Week - 55.75 crore

In North America, Avatar: The Way of Water had a steady weekend even after the holidays were over. The film collected $45 million over the weekend, which is the third biggest fourth weekend of all time behind American Sniper ($89.2 million) and Avatar ($50.3 million). At the global box office, Pandora's Garden has reached the $1.7 billion mark.
