Item Girl Sonakshi Sinha's 'Chikni Kamar' For 'Rowdy Rathore'

Sonakshi Sinha is returning to the silver screens after a short sabbatical and the Dabangg girl is ready to set the screens on fire with her first ever item song, for her forthcoming film Rowdy Rathore.

Sonakshi is the latest to join Bollywood's item girl bandwagon and will be soon seen grooving to chikni kamar, her first item song, in the Akshay Kumar starrer. The song will be shot in Hampi, and Sinha will start rehearsing for the song over the next few days. The track, which according to the actress is a 'complete masaledar song', will also feature Khiladi Kumar.

Sonakshi revealed that she had starting rehearsing for the song earlier, but had to take a break as she had to go to Patiala to shoot for her movie Son Of Sardaar. But now that she has wrapped up her schedule of the Ajay Devgn-Sanjay Dutt starrer, she is ready to put on her dancing shoes.

"Now that I'm back, I'm going to push myself and get the steps as perfectly as I can," Sona was quoted saying.

"It's a very picturesque location and given the kind of film it is, the idea is to make the song also look larger than life," she said, talking about Hampi.

And to make everything perfect, she is also working hard at the gym. "Prabhu Deva and everyone else I'm working with, like me the way I am. Although I'm trying to fit in my gym sessions between my work schedules, I've not been banned from eating anything either," she further added.

The 24-year-old actress has five films lined up for release this year, Rowdy Rathore, Joker, Lootera, Son Of Sardaar and Dabangg 2.
