Is Arjun Kapoor's Three-film Contract With YRF Over?

After playing a rustic character in the Habib Faisal film, Ishaqzaade, Arjun Kapoor is all set to play a double role in his second film, Aurangzeb. Most newcomers, who make their debut with Yash Raj Films, usually sign a three-film contract. Arjun, who is acting in his second film for the banner, has been going around telling everyone that he will be done with the banner after this film.

Although it may sound unusual, Arjun maintains that since he has a double role in Aurangzeb, it should count as two roles. Hence, Arjun feels that it brings his total role count to three!

A source says, "During the shooting of Aurangzeb, the actor would keep ribbing the production team saying that his three-film contract with the banner was now over."

Hope Arjun's joke doesn't reach Aditya Chopra's ears! Aurangzeb, starring Rishi Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Sikander Kher, Amrita Singh, Deepti Naval, Tanvi Azmi, Swara Bhaskar and Sasha Aagha, releases on May 17, 2013.
