Irrfan Khan’s Next Is A Rom-Com By Tanuja Chandra

Irrfan Khan, who has mostly played intense roles, had tried his hand at rom-com with Piku and it seems that the actor has developed a liking for the genre.

The Maqbool actor will team up with director Tanuja Chandra for the very first time for a rom-com titled ‘Qarib Qarib Single’. Chandra, who has directed violent films such as Sangharsh and Dushman, confirmed the news, saying that this time she has tried her hand at a different genre. Irrfan will be paired opposite Malayalam actress Parvathy and the film will be about a relationship that develops on a road trip.

A Jar Pictures production, the movie has been shot across real locations of Bikaner, Rishikesh and Gangtok.
