We had reported a few weeks back that Imran Khan will follow mamu jaan Aamir Khan's Ghulam footsteps by playing the role of a street-smart tapori in Milan Luthria's Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2. Now, it has been learned that Khan, who is travelling abroad, has asked his stylists to roam certain areas of Mumbai to observe how street-side ruffians dress so as to get the proper look for his character.
A source close to the actor was quoted saying, "Imran has taken it upon himself to seek perfection and not go with the clichés when it comes to his onscreen persona and hence, he has sent his designers to explore areas like Nagpada, Bhendi Bazaar, Dongri, Dharavi and other such places so they can find the authentic tapori way of dressing."
Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 also stars Akshay Kumar, who plays a role based on Dawood Ibrahim and Sonakshi Sinha, who will play a gangster's moll.
