Imran Khan was last seen in a Bollywood movie with Katti Batti (2015). The actor debuted with a bang with "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" (2008), which still remains one of his most loved films. Now, after 8 years of disappearance, he is set to come back to the movies, hopefully.

Imran Khan was present at the IFP event on Sunday in Mehboob Studios, Bandra. There he spoke about his love for movies, filmmaking, and what made him become an actor. During the conversion, he also spoke about making a comeback to the movies next year.

"I don't have a clear answer, but I am reading scripts and having creative conversations with filmmakers. So, hopefully next year," he promised.

Imran has been a part of successful movies like Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (2008), I Hate Luv Storys (2010), Delhi Belly (2011), Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011), and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu (2012). After this, he had a series of flops despite bigger movies, and then he took a break from Bollywood in 2015.
