Illuminati Films Still Jointly Co-Owned By Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan

It was recently reported that co-producers of Illuminati Films- Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan have decided to part ways. It was also being said that while Illuminati will be headed by Khan, Vijan will make films under his banner Maddock Films and that the duo will continue co-producing films but under a different banner.

However, now a statement has been released which states that Saif and Vijan are still the co-owners of Illuminati Films. The statement reads-

Illuminati films is and will continue to be jointly owned by Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan. The two will jointly produce films under this banner. However, Saif and Dinesh will also produce films separately and independently under their respective banners.

The future line up of Illuminati Films will have Happy Ending which is all set to release on 28th November whereas, Dinesh Vijan's Maddock films Finding Fanny will hit theaters on 12th September'14 followed by Badlapur which is set to release on 20th February 2015.
