Huma Qureshi Turns Down 'Welcome Back' Item Song

Huma Qureshi, who has proved her acting prowess in films like Gangs Of Wasseypur II, Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana among others, was offered an item song in Firoz Nadiadwala's Welcome Back however, due to date issues she turned it down.

Reportedly, the makers of the second edition of the franchise were very keen to have Huma perform on the item song but unfortunately, the dates of the item song shoot were clashing with Huma's upcoming film Dedh Ishqiya. And since she didn't want to keep team Welcome Back waiting for her dates, she gracefully opted out.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, Welcome Back stars John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar and Paresh Rawal in the lead roles.
