Housefull 5 hits 100 crore club:
Housefull 5 experienced a drop of around 25% on Wednesday, and this dip occurred without any special offers or discounts. This means the film has gone down by 35% in real value calculation (footfalls). Nevertheless, the film reached the ₹100 crore nett mark on the sixth day and will be aiming for the ₹115 crore mark on Thursday, i.e., the first week.

The Akshay Kumar-starrer had a decent weekend of ₹79 crore nett and then suffered a 50% drop on Monday compared to Friday. The Tuesday numbers were down 17-18% and were aided by offers and discounted rates; otherwise, the film would have only seen lower numbers on Tuesday. The Wednesday figures have finally improved for the film, and Thursday numbers are expected to be steady with a minimal drop of 10%.

Below are the collections of Housefull 5 in India:
Friday – ₹22 crore nett
Saturday – ₹28.25 crore nett
Sunday – ₹29 crore nett
Monday – ₹11 crore nett
Tuesday – ₹9.25 crore nett
Wednesday – ₹7.50 crore nett
Total – ₹107 crore nett approx.
The first week total of the film will be approx. ₹150 crore, and then the second weekend can take it into the ₹150 crore club. The film then has a chance to be in the race for success, and the second week or third weekend will confirm it. However, the HIT verdict looks difficult now. It will have to perform solidly in the third week when Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par is released.
