Heretic India box office:
Scott Beck and Bryan Woods' horror psychological drama, Heretic, debuted in Indian cinemas last Friday. The film had a delayed release in India, and it appears that the decision by PVR-Inox has gone terribly wrong. The horror flick has turned out to be a big DISASTER at the Indian box office.
Heretic was released on limited screens in urban centers, while mass-market distributors preferred Pushpa 2 only in the second week. The film opened with approximately 15 lakhs nett on day one and then saw a decent jump on the second day. It earned Rs. 20 lakhs nett on Saturday, which was a low total anyway, but better than Friday. On Sunday, the collections experienced a slight dip, as the film registered a total of 18 lakhs nett.
