Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has reportedly been removed from the upcoming Punjabi film Sardaar Ji 3. The decision came right after the heavy negativity regarding Pakistani actors post-Pahalgam incident.

Sardaar Ji 3 stars Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, Manav Vij, and Gulshan Grover. According to reports, the team had filmed the UK schedule with Hania Aamir, and the latest reports suggest that Hania's scenes will be re-shot with another actress, posing logistical challenges. Given the current public backlash against Pakistan and Pakistani actors, it seems that they have made the right decision.

The Pahalgam attack has shocked the nation, claiming 26 lives. In response, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) reiterated its 2019 directive calling for complete non-cooperation with Pakistani artists. Another film starring Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, Abir Gulaal, is about to be banned from release in India. The leading actresses in the film, Vaani Kapoor and Ridhi Dogra, are receiving a lot of backlash online for working with the Pakistani actor. As of now, neither Hania Aamir nor the film's production team has officially commented on these developments.
