Gulzar Joins Rahman For Yash Chopra's Next

After the announcement of Yash Chopra's collaboration with A. R. Rahman, comes the news that Gulzar will join the duo to complete the musical ensemble. The celebrated lyricist will wield the pen for Chopra's next directorial venture, which apparently stars Shah Rukh Khan in the leading role.

The veteran filmmaker seemed excited at the prospect of collaborating with Gulzar and said, "Though he has been associated with Yash Raj Films earlier, this is the first time that I will be working alongside Gulzarbhai. I am looking forward to some brilliant poetry, which I am personally very fond of. It will also be a privilege working with the award winning pair of A. R. Rahman and Gulzarbhai and making some wonderful and meaningful music." 

Gulzar was equally thrilled and said, "Yashji is someone who understands poetry and has probably redefined the poetry of romance through the music of his movies. There is a sense of excitement and anticipation in working with him."
