Rhea Chakraborty has seen a lot of ups and downs in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, and one of the biggest challenges was NCB's drug case. The actress was arrested by Narcotics Control Beauro and released on bail.

On Tuesday, the NCB decided not to challenge Rhea Chakraborty's bail plea in the Supreme Court. Solicitor General S V Raju told a bench of Justices A S Bopanna and M M Sundresh that NCB is not challenging the bail but that the question of law should be kept open with regard to Section 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, as reported by PTI.Right after the news came out, Rhea Chakraborty shared her reaction on social media. Delighted about NCB's decision, Rhea shared a smiling picture on her Instagram story and wrote, "Gratitude".
