Geeta Basra reveals losing 4 films:

Geeta Basra recently made some shocking revelations about losing films because she was seeing Harbhajan Singh. The actress got married to the Indian cricketer in 2015, and they dated for quite some time before that. Because she was dating the cricketer and was seen publicly with him, she lost 4 films as the producers, with their typical mindset, didn't like her public appearances with Bhajji.

During a recent conversation with IANS, The Train actress finally opened up about this matter years later. She told the portal that she lost 4 films and that it was difficult to convince producers that she could do films while dating the man she loves.

"Actually, when I met Bhajji, I had just started my career. I was new to India and to the industry itself. Back then, the mindset was very different—you couldn't be seen or associated with a guy publicly. It wasn’t just the audience; even producers, directors, and actors had very traditional ways of thinking. I lost out on four films because people assumed I was getting married. And with no godfather in the industry, it was difficult to convince them otherwise. But times have changed, thankfully. Today, no one cares if you're married or have kids. What matters is your work on screen,” she said.
