Kamal Haasan will reprise his role as Senapathy in the sequel to his 1996 blockbuster Indian and director Shankar unveiled the first look of Indian 2 on the auspicious occasion of Pongal.

Kamal Haasan will be seen in an all-new avatar in the movie and he is unrecognisable as a freedom fighter-turned-vigilante octogenarian in the poster. He will be fighting against corruption in the movie and is seen pointing a finger towards the camera in the poster.

The film will go on floors on January 18 and will have Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie also stars Nedumundi Venu, Dulquer Salmaan and Simbu.
