FIR against Sanjay Leela Bhansali:
Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is now facing legal trouble after a First Information Report (FIR) was registered against him and two others in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The complaint came from Prateek Raj Mathur, a line producer on Bhansali’s upcoming film Love And War. According to a report in PTI, He accuses Bhansali and members of his team of fraud, misbehaviour, and breach of trust during the film’s production.
According to police sources, Mathur was initially hired as the line producer and entrusted with key tasks, such as securing government approvals and handling shoot arrangements. But he alleges his contract was abruptly cancelled, and he was removed from the project without receiving payment.

Mathur further claims that during a meeting at a hotel, Bhansali and others misbehaved with him—a serious accusation that led to the FIR being lodged under the charges of fraud, criminal conspiracy, criminal intimidation, and breach of trust.
The incident occurred at the Bichhwal police station in Bikaner, and the FIR was registered following a court directive. The case is currently being investigated by the SHO of Bichhwal, Govind Singh Charan.

This legal controversy casts a shadow over Love & War, a much-anticipated film starring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal, and adds another layer of complexity to its production journey. The film is expected to be released during Eid 2026, but will it make to that date?
