Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan, has landed in legal trouble. An FIR has been lodged against her for violating Section 409 of the IPC (Indian Criminal Code), which deals with criminal breach of trust.
The FIR has been filed by Mr. Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai. He claimed the company, which has Gauri Khan as its brand ambassador, didn't deliver the apartment even after charging Rs 86 lakhs.JaswantShah said that the apartment in Lucknow's Sushant Golf City's Tulsiyani Golf View, which was supposed to be given to him, was given to another person. The FIR named Gauri Khan, Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, and Mahesh Tulsiyani (director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Company).
