Last year, Farhan Akhtar announced his next road-trip directorial project, Jee Le Zaraa, starring Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, and Priyanka Chopra. Recently, there have been several rounds of speculation about whether the film is happening or not. Well, Alia Bhatt discarded all the rumours in her recent media interaction.Talking about Jee Le Zaraa, Alia Bhatt clearly said, "IT'S HAPPENING! We will go on floors next year. Of course, we won't be able to go on floors this year (due to her pregnancy). We ain't letting that film go. We are fighting for it and we are all too excited about it. It's going to be quite massive and we can't wait."Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa is said to be a female version of Zoya Akhtar's celebrated film, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The film is written by Farhan Akhtar along with Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. Jee Le Zaraa is being produced by Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby Films, and will be released in 2023.
