Punjabi actress Sonam Bajwa is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming comedy flick, Carry On Jatta 3. The actress was recently in Mumbai for a two-day emotional tour of her film. The team launched the trailer on May 30, 2023, followed by media interactions the next day.
During an exclusive conversation with Movie Talkies, Sonam Bajwa opened up about comedy factors in Bollywood and Punjabi films. The actress believed that Punjabi humour was better than Hindi comedies, but she loves a couple of Bollywood comedies.
Sonam Bajwa told us, "The nuances and sense of humour are kind of different in Punjabi movies. It's not that Bollywood does not have good comedy films. There is Hera Pheri. It's a very good film. I enjoy watching it even today. Welcome (as Gippy Grewal adds) is good too. These are my favourites. But I think Punjabi humour is better. There is a comedy in everything we do; there is some magic to it."
