As reported earlier, a Hrithik Roshan fan felt cheated after paying Rs. 1.25 lakhs to meet him in Dallas. The Krrish actor is currently on his US tour to celebrate 25 years in the cinema industry, which has left some fans unhappy.

A Hrithik Roshan fan recently shared that he paid a significant sum to meet the actor, but the mismanagement by the organizer left him empty-handed. Another female fan wrote about her terrible experience at a different event, again blaming the event management. Now, the event organizer has finally broken his silence on the matter.

Responding to the claims of mismanagement, organizer Chloe E. Jones stated, "These claims are baseless and made with malicious intent under the guise of anonymous accounts. We have real people's testimonies across social media to support our claims. Hrithik has fulfilled all his obligations across the five cities we have visited so far. In each location, we have managed between 150 to 200 pictures and meet-and-greets with Hrithik, who has been gracious in accommodating all fans. The audience turnout and feedback have been exceptional; this is the first Rangotsav that witnessed a turnout of close to 50K across ticket sales, vendors, and sponsors."

Earlier, a viral post on Reddit by a fan revealed, "Spent $1500 plus general admission tickets for each person to meet Hrithik Roshan, and I didn't even get a picture. He refused to take pictures with half the meet-and-greet line and turned us away even though we spent so much money. We waited 2 hours in line just to be refused?? Not to mention it was outside in such cold weather. He showed up for a 30-minute show. Total waste of VIP!!! Oh, and they won't even give us a refund!! I love Hrithik, but this event was so disorganized that even he was annoyed."
