Dil Dhadkne Do: Farhan had a special appearance in Zoya's Dil Dhadakne Do. He played a hot-shot journalist Sunny Gill and blew us with his short and sweet performance. In fact, it was one on Farhan's scenes where he is seen talking about women empowerment, which received the maximum claps and whistles.

Wazir: Farhan and Amitabh Bachchan came together for Bejoy Nambiar's crime-thriller Wazir, this year. While Big B enthralled everyone with his superb performance, Akhtar impressed everyone with his intense act.
