Drishyam 3 Returns To Panji, Goa Without Akshaye Khanna:

Drishyam 3 is set to return to its roots as the film’s story and filming move back to Panaji, Goa, the place where the suspense of the franchise originally began. After completing an important shooting schedule in Mumbai, the makers are now gearing up for a crucial month-long Goa schedule that will start from January 8 and continue till the end of February.

The Goa schedule holds special significance for the franchise, as it marks a return to the setting that played a key role in shaping the tension and mystery of the earlier films. This leg of the shoot will feature the entire principal cast, including Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran and Rajat Kapoor, all of whom reprise their roles in what is being described as an intense family thriller.

One of the major changes in Drishyam 3 is the inclusion of Jaideep Ahlawat, who officially joins the franchise for the third installment. He replaces Akshaye Khanna, who was a key part of Drishyam 2. Jaideep’s casting has generated a lot of controversies on the internet, as producer went on to slam Khanna.

With filming now shifting to Goa, the makers are expected to shoot several pivotal sequences that will push the story forward. The return to familiar locations, combined with a refreshed cast dynamic, suggests that Drishyam 3 aims to raise the stakes while staying true to the tone that made the franchise popular.
