Tumko Meri Kasam suffered from poor marketing and a lack of pre-release buzz. It was expected to open low, but the day two numbers didn't provide any kind of push. The film earned approx. 15 lakhs nett on day one, followed by 19 lakhs nett on Saturday, and now Sunday has added another 20 lakhs nett. The weekend total stands at 54 lakhs nett, and it's clear that the film will struggle to reach 2 crore nett in its lifetime run at the box office.

Speaking of the other release, Pintu Ki Pappi faced a similar fate and became a huge disaster. Ganesh Acharya flick clocked in a total of approx. 45 lakhs nett in its opening weekend and lost the race against Bhatt's film. The combined total of these two films fell short of 1 crore nett, so you can imagine how poorly they have performed. It is now very certain that Pintu Ki Pappi will not cross the 2 crore nett mark in its lifetime run, and the combined total of both films will not cross the 5 crore nett mark. Hence, DISASTER!
