Dimple Kapadia To Return As Salman Khan’s Mother In Dabangg 3

Dimple Kapadia had played Salman Khan’s mother in Dabangg and while her character died in the first film itself, she is all set to return in Dabangg 3.

Dabangg 3 is both a prequel and sequel and will also delve into Chulbul Pandey’s past. Dimple will reprise her character Naini Devi from the original. The actress will make an appearance in a lengthy flashback.

The first schedule was shot in Madhya Pradesh and from there team Dabangg 3 headed to Wai for a marathon shoot. Directed by Prabhudheva, the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Arbaaz Khan. The third installment of the blockbuster franchise will release on December 20.

Dimple was in news a few days ago for bagging a key role in English filmmaker Christopher Nolan's upcoming espionage thriller, Tenet. The film also stars John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki, Robert Pattinson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Kenneth Branagh, Clemence Poesy and Michael Caine.
