Director Aditya Dhar has delivered yet another historic box office moment as Dhurandhar has smashed a long-standing record set by his own film Uri: The Surgical Strike. The spy thriller has broken Uri’s 7th week collection record in just three days, highlighting its extraordinary theatrical run.

Dhurandhar’s box office journey has been nothing short of phenomenal. The film collected ₹196.44 crore in Week One, followed by an even stronger ₹240.83 crore in Week Two. In Week Three, it added ₹161.74 crore, while Week Four brought in ₹100.41 crore. Despite the natural drop in later weeks, the film continued to pull audiences, earning ₹44.86 crore in Week Five and ₹23.60 crore in Week Six. The 7th weekend alone contributed approximately ₹7.5 crore, taking the total collection to ₹775.50 crore nett plus.

Previously, Uri: The Surgical Strike held the record for the highest 7th week collection, earning ₹6.68 crore nett. Dhurandhar has now surpassed that figure within just three days, and the current trend suggest that its full 7th week total will comfortably cross ₹10 crore nett, setting a new benchmark.

Dhurandhar stars Ranveer Singh in the lead, supported by a strong ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal. The film’s gripping narrative, patriotic theme, music and mass appeal have played a major role in its sustained success.
