Dharmendra might have turned 78 recently, but the film industry’s original He-Man has reportedly starting hitting the gym with a vengeance lately. Not only this, it seems that the
Garam Dharam is also encouraging his son
Bobby Deol to join him in his workouts.
Sources claim that after
Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, Dharam and Bobby will be next seen sharing screen space once more in
Cheers-Celebrate Life, a film about a father-son relationship. As a result, Dharmendra wants to be in top physical form for the film and also wants Bobby to tone up his physique so that the father-son duo look well-matched on the silver screen. It seems that
Sangeeth Sivan, the director for
YPD 2 has been signed up to helm
Cheers-Celebrate Life.
Talking about the film, Dharmendra revealed that Cheers-Celebrate Life would explore the conflict between a father and his son, which rises because of the latter’s belief that he has been neglected by the former. The veteran actor also revealed that the film would have many elements from Dharmendra’s real life relations with his sons.
