After presenting blockbusters like Baahubali and Devara, Dharma Productions expands its horizon further into the North. The production house ventures into Punjabi cinema with Akaal, reinforcing its pan-India presence. This is a landmark moment for Indian cinema as well as for the production house.

Akaal is rooted in history, as it is based on true events, chronicling the bravery and resilience of Sikh warriors. The film will bring Punjab’s rich history to the big screen and is expected to be a grand cinematic spectacle. The film will be released in both Punjabi and Hindi, extending its reach to wider audiences.
