Dharam Oberoi Steps Down As CEO, Manyata Dutt Takes Over

While Dharam Oberoi is facing a lot of flak from both Sanjay Dutt's and Ram Gopal Varma's friends owing to the spate of verbal volleys between him and the Department director, buzz is that henceforth, Dutt's wife Manyata Dutt will be in-charge of Sanjay Dutt Productions. She will be the new CEO, while Oberoi will continue to be the manager and handle the company's business affairs.

A source from the company was quoted saying, "Manyata Dutt has taken over the reins. Dharam Oberoi has stepped down from his post of a CEO. He also wants to make more films and has flagged his own production house so that his creative energies can be diverted there. Manyata is meeting a few directors and will be announcing a film very soon."

Looks like the Department debacle is finally taking its toll on everyone concerned!
