Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are all set to welcome their second baby and before the arrival of their little bundle of joy, the power couple would be moving in to a plush new house.

Their new house is located in a building across their present residence Fortune Heights in Bandra, Mumbai. They had bought the apartment a few years ago and now, that it's all done up they would be moving in soon.

Kareena recently had a farewell party at her old apartment with her girl squad. Bebo partied with Karisma Kapoor, Amrita Arora and Malaika Arora, one last time, in Fortune Heights a day ago. She shared a picture with her girls and captioned the image as, "It’s been a FORTUNE of memories... on to the next... to new beginning. PS: #Fortune you have been kind."

The new house has been designed by Darshini Shah who had also designed the couple's home in Fortune Heights. Reportedly, the new house has spacious rooms, big balconies, a nursery for the new baby and reading space for Saif.
