Deepika Padukone Will Unveil The FIFA World Cup 2022 Trophy During The Finals

The Bollywood actor, producer, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate, Deepika Padukone, will now become the first global actor to unveil the FIFA World Cup trophy during the final matches of the 2022 tournament.

A source close to the actor reveals that the superstar will be flying to Qatar to be part of the most-watched sporting event in the world, and will be unveiling the FIFA World Cup trophy at the jam-packed stadium, perhaps the first or one of the very rare honours for any Indian or international actor in the history of FIFA

On the work front, Deepika Padukone is currently preparing for the mega release of her next action drama, Pathaan, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The film is set to be released on 25th January 2023. She is paired up with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan in Project K and will also share the screen with Amitabh Bachchan in The Intern's Bollywood remake.
