David Dhawan's 'Chashme Baddoor' Trailer Promises Lots Of Laughter

David Dhawan is back with yet another comedy and this time it promises to be fresh, new-age and absolutely quirky! Whereas the original film, Chashme Buddoor (1981), starred Farooq Shaikh, Rakesh Bedi and Ravi Baswani opposite Deepti Naval, the new Chashme Baddoor features the popular Pakistani actor-singer Ali Zafar, Divyendu Sharma of Pyaar Ka Punchnaama fame and Siddharth of Rang De Basanti and Midnight's Children fame. The film also stars Rishi Kapoor. Its trailer was launched online on February 7.

 

The original film, directed by Sai Paranjpe, revolved around three young men who fall in love with the same girl, with hilariously devastating consequences. The trailer of the film promises lots of fun and humour and is packed with catchy dialogues. Presenting 'bromance' in an unusual style, the signature theme song of the film goes Har Ek Friend Kamina Hota Hai! The film is set to release on April 5, 2013.
