Cops Find The Dirty Picture Actor Arya Banerjee's Body Covered In Blood

Arya Banerjee, who had played the role of Shakeela in Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture, passed away in her apartment in Jodhpur Park, South Kolkata.

Reportedly, the cops found her body covered in blood when they arrived at the scene. Arya's maid informed the police when the actress didn't respond to any calls. The police broke into her house and found her corpse on her bed with nose bleeding and vomiting. The police is now probing her suspicious death.

Arya, whose real name is Devdatta Banerjee,was the youngest daughter of renowned sitar player Pandit Nikhil Banerjee. She had marked her debut with Ekta Kapoor's 'Love Sex Aur Dhoka'.
