One of the finest filmmakers of his generation, Christopher Nolan, is gearing up for his next release, Oppenheimer. The director, producer has announced the release date of Oppenheimer, and as expected, it's his favourite July date. Oppenheimer will be released in cinemas on July 21st, 2023.
The announcement of the release date was made with the launch of a new poster. Oppenheimer is a biographical drama based on the life of J. Robert Oppenheimer. He was a theoretical physicist who is among those credited with being the "father of the atomic bomb" for his role in the Manhattan Project, an undertaking that developed the first nuclear weapons in World War II.
Oppenheimer is written by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin, with a screenplay by Christopher Nolan. The film stars a power-packed cast of Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine, Alden Ehrenreich, Michael Angarano and Dylan Arnold. Directed by Christopher Nolan and produced by Syncopy Inc. and Atlas Entertainment, Oppenheimer will be distributed by Universal Pictures for the July 21st, 2023 release.
