Ponniyin Selvan's lead actor Chiyaan Vikram was admitted to the hospital just before the teaser launch. The actor is now in Kauvery Hospital, Chennai, under doctor's observation after a mild heartache. The manager of the actor, Mr. Suryanarayana M, clarified the rumours of a heart attack on his Twitter handle.
