A report on Bollywood Hungama confirms that the CBFC has asked the makers of Badass Ravi Kumar to trim down the close-up shot of a woman's breast, which is also seen in the trailer of the film. The board has also suggested an alteration to a scene in which a man is attempting to move his hands toward a woman's buttocks. Besides these two scenes, the board has raised objections regarding the level of violence in the film.

In one of the scenes in the movie, a man gets chopped by a wood-cutting machine. The CBFC has requested changes and trimming in this scene as well. Several other scenes, including the brand name of an alcoholic drink and a few snaps of a woman's bikini, may also face the cutting process.
