publive-imageAfter heavy backlash from the netizens and politicians, Richa Chadha has now landed in legal soup for the controversial tweet over the Indian Army. Richa's tweet made her a trending topic on Twitter, of course for unlikeable reasons, but it has gone beyond that.

Indian filmmaker Ashoke Pandit has filed a complaint against Richa Chadha for her controversial tweet. He submitted a written complaint at Juhu Police Station and has asked them to take strict action against Richa for mocking Indian soldiers. See a copy of the complaint below.

Ashoke Pandit tagged Munbai Police, CM of Maharashtra, Mr. Eknath Shinde, and Deputy CM, Mr. Devendra Fadnavis, and wrote, "I filed a police complaint against actress #RichaChadha at #JuhuPolicestation (Mumbai ). Nobody has a right to mock our soldiers. I hope @MumbaiPolice will act against her as per the law of the land. @mieknathshinde @Dev_Fadnavis"
