Captain America: Civil War has done better than expected business at the Box Office. The film did well in its second weekend as well and then sustained decently throughout the week. With this, the film has now collected 56.5 crore* and emerged as a clean Hit. Moreover, while earlier it had seemed that a lifetime of 50 crore was on the cards, now 60 crore is pretty much in sight.

Also, in 2016, the film has now even gone past Ki & Ka and in the process emerged as the seventh biggest grosser after The Jungle Book, Airlift, Fan, Neerja, Kapoor & Sons and Baaghi. A remarkable feat indeed as the record will hold on till the arrival of Housefull 3 on 3rd June.

As for The Jungle Book, one is now running out of adjectives to describe the kind of success it has turned out to be. It had a record sixth week as well and the collections have now crossed the 181 crore mark. With 181.5 crore* in its kitty, the film has done the unthinkable and crossed Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif's biggie Bang Bang <181 crore>. The next major milestone is Bajirao Mastani <188 crore> and while that seemed impossible till now, one can never know how the film does in its seventh weekend. If it hangs on well there, despite huge reduction in shows, this animation film could well create history.
