Akshay Kumar's SOLID reply to General Dyer's granddaughter:
Kesari Chapter 2 is sparking global discussions regarding the British Empire's apology to India for the cruelty committed at Jallianwala Bagh in 1919. Recently, General Dyer's granddaughter, Caroline, referred to Indians as looters, infuriating many in the country. Now, the lead actor of Kesari 2, Akshay Kumar, has responded firmly.

During the promotional event for Kesari Chapter 2 on Monday, Kumar stated, "One day the British Empire will say SORRY. It could be after watching the film or sometime later, but they will say sorry. General Dyer's granddaughter thinks that we (Indians) are looters; I want her to see this film. This film is a reply to her regarding what happened."

Earlier, at an event in Mumbai, producer Karan Johar remarked, "She went on in an interview to say that he loved India and all kinds of things, claiming he had the greatest compassion. What love can one have when their actions only reflected hatred? She is living in a fantasy world of her own and is in some delusional state. I don’t know her, haven’t met her, and don’t wish to. The fact that she said those things boiled my blood; she had such disdain for the largest genocide in the history of our nation that it made me demand an apology even more."
