PM Narendra Modi was speaking to his party leaders at the two-day BJP national executive in Delhi on Tuesday. "No one should make unnecessary comments that would overshadow the hard work we do," he said to the political leaders and workers.
Pathaan has been thrashed by BJP leaders for hurting Hindu sentiments in the Besharam Rang song. Deepika Padukone was wearing a saffron bikini in the song, which led to noisy controversies and the "Boycott Pathaan" trend on Twitter. The film is slated for release on January 25, 2023.
